Downloading Music

By clicking on 'Add to Basket' you agree to abide by the license provided herein in regard to the downloading of music from Metal On Demand. Any download purchase of a digital musical file from Metal On Demand shall entitle you to personal use of such digital music file throughout the world for the life of the copyright of the sound recording and the musical work embodied in the sound recording. Your use of any purchased digital musical file shall allow you to transfer the file to your own computer, portable music device or to burn the same on a CD-R or other digital music storage media, but shall not entitle you to transfer such digital music file to any third party or to place such digital music file on a peer-to-peer network or to transfer such digital music file to any media that is not solely owned and controlled by you. You acknowledge and agree that to violate the terms as set out above shall constitute a copyright infringement under applicable laws, and legislation set by all signatories to the international Berne Convention for the Protection of Literary and Artistic Works. 

You also agree to not sell or rent the digital musical file purchased on this website or participate in any activity where the digital musical file is the sole element in securing financial gain.

All the materials on Metal On Demand are available solely for personal use. Further distribution, resale or broadcasting is prohibited.

The MP3 files you download from Metal On Demand will play on audio players in computers or other MP3 players. (There are no computer platform restrictions for MP3 files.) Some longer tracks are not repeated due to file size limitations.

We assume no responsibility for MP3 performance when transferred to a CD-R due to non-standard methods of burning, etc.

 When you purchase a download on Metal On Demand you will receive only the MP3 music files. The CD cover and the contents may be included in the ID3 tagging data.

MP3 Download Instructions

Files can only be downloaded one at a time. Each file will take approximately five minutes to download depending on you connection speed. Once you have started downloading one file you can start a second file after a 30 seconds wait due to spam reasons. Complete CD's and/or DVD's may take 60 minutes or longer to download. Downloads must be completed within 24 hours of purchase. Download access links EXPIRE IN TWELVE HOURS or FIVE access attempts, whichever comes first.

About METAL ON DEMAND:

Each file is available as High Fidelity DMR-Free MP3: Recorded at bit rate of 256 kbps and sample rate of 44.100 kHz for higher than CD quality sound, these files are usually 6-12 MB per song.



Once the link has expired, you will no longer be able to access the download site.

Disclaimer: METAL ON DEMAND reserves the right to cancel any order placed for any reason in its sole discretion.

Cancelled orders will not be charged, or if the cancelled order had been charged, a refund will be given.

Payment:

In accordance with New York state law, all orders placed with METAL ON DEMAND are not charged at the time of order, but only pre-authorized for later capture. Funds are not captured until the date of shipping.

New York State residents are responsible for paying 8% sales tax.

Refunds:

If METAL ON DEMAND grants a customer a refund, please note that refunds are processed once every 14 days. Refunds may be delayed by VeriSign processing or a customer's own banking institution. 


Privacy:

METAL ON DEMAND never shares any of the information customers provide (names, addresses, email addresses, and any financial information) with any outside businesses or institutions. The information METAL ON DEMAND retains is strictly for record-keeping and future METAL ON DEMAND promotions only.

All credit card transactions are processed through VeriSign and no employee at METAL ON DEMAND has the ability to see any customer's credit card number other than the first and last four digits.

All orders placed with METAL ON DEMAND are screened for possible fraud before processing.

NOTICE: If an order is thought to be fraudulent, it WILL NOT be processed until METAL ON DEMAND has successfully verified the order's validity with the customer.
